According to section 16 of the Act, the following details must be disclosed while publishing advertisements:-
(a) Date and letter number of taking prior approval from the department,
(b) name, address and license number of the licensee,
(c) Name and address of employing country and employing organization,
(d) Position of worker,
(e) Demand number of workers,
(f) description of the work to be performed by the worker,
(g) Required minimum qualifications of workers,
(h) Accommodation and food facilities provided to workers,
(i) Monthly wages to be received by the worker,
(j) Duration of daily and weekly work to be done by the worker (k) Place and last date for submission of application,
(l) Arrangements regarding workers' insurance and health facilities,
(d) Arrangements regarding air ticket expenses incurred by the worker while going to work,
(d) Total expenses including service charges, promotion expenses to be paid by the workers,
(n) Manner, date and place of selection of workers,
(p) According to Section 9 of the Act, the number of reservations provided to women, Dalits, indigenous tribes, oppressed classes, backward areas and classes and remote areas and victims of natural calamities in the number specified by the Government of Nepal,
(h) Other matters prescribed by the department.
